WHAT WE DO:

Based in Upper Caldecote, just outside of Biggleswade Bedfordshire. The Yard is a unique training and wellness venue offering a dynamic group training timetable alongside educational seminars and wellbeing events.

 

We support people of all ages and abilities learn the fundamentals of strength training, empower individuals to get stronger and teach people the discipline of boxing.

A small group personal training session focussing on lifting technique & strength development, alongside athletic performance to achieve progression.

40+ STRONG TRAINING

Women-only strength training designed specifically for ages 40 and up. Whether you're new to training or want to join a supportive community, this session is for you.

STRONG FOR BEGINNERS

A NEW small group personal training session designed to teach you the fundamentals of strength training whilst challenging your progression.

A group training session suitable for all levels, focussing on technique development and punchbag drills to challenge your endurance.

BOXING PADWORK

An entire session dedicated to learning and practicing boxing combinations. Develop your punching technique and padding skills.

WOMEN'S ONLY BOXING

A women-only Boxing fitness session designed for all abilities and fitness levels. Join our supportive community and learn how to box in a safe space.
