A small, supportive group session that feels like personal training; focussing on lifting technique and strength development to build your confidence.

CAMP STRONG

A dynamic, circuit-style bootcamp combining resistance training, agility, and cardio to help you develop strength, coordination, and improve fitness.

SAT @8:30AM

STRONG BOYS CLUB

A NEW 'boys-only' session dedicated to progressing a handful of big lifts every month. We'll also end with a short meditation.
