WHAT WE DO:

Based in Upper Caldecote, just outside of Biggleswade Bedfordshire, The Yard is a unique training and wellness venue offering a dynamic group training timetable alongside educational seminars and wellbeing events.


We support people learn the fundamentals of strength training and empower individuals to get stronger through thoughtful programming and an environment that's not like other gyms.


We host group training sessions for women, men and kids of all abilities and fitness levels.

A small, supportive group session that feels like personal training; focussing on lifting technique and strength development to build your confidence.

CAMP STRONG

A dynamic, circuit-style bootcamp combining resistance training, agility, and cardio to help you develop strength, coordination, and improve fitness.

40+ STRONG TRAINING

A NEW strength training course designed for women over 40. Whether you're new to training or want to join a supportive community, this session is for you.

A group training session designed to teach you the basics or push your progression if you've been boxing for a while. Feel empowered and sweat, a lot!

WOMEN'S ONLY BOXING

A women-only Boxing fitness session designed for all abilities and fitness levels. Join our supportive community and learn how to box in a safe space.

KIDS BOXING FITNESS

A small group training session covering the basics of boxing through to technical skill development and padwork. Suitable for ages 8-16.
