WHAT WE DO:

Based in Upper Caldecote, Bedfordshire, The Yard is an exciting training space suitable for all fitness levels.


We have a fully functional gym and offer group training sessions in strength & resistance, boxing (for adults and kids), yoga, and circuits.

Our coaches also offer 1:1 Personal Training in both strength and boxing fitness.

GROUP TRAINING

 

STRONG TRAINING

A small and supportive group session that feels like personal training; focussing on strength and mindset coaching to build your confidence, develop strength, and tone your body.


Suitable for beginners and intermediate levels of strength training experience. 

- 60-minutes.

CAMP STRONG

A dynamic, circuit-style bootcamp combining resistance training, agility, and cardio to help you develop strength and coordination. A full-body workout using strength equipment and body weight. 


Suitable for everyone. 

- 60-minutes.

TEAM TRAINING

A new Sunday concept for The Yard.... A pre-set, time-based, dynamic training session using strength equipment and body weight. Expect variety, pace, and a workout that will push you!

BOXING FITNESS

A group training session designed to teach you the basics or push your progression if you've been boxing for a while. Feel empowered, improve your strength, and sweat, a lot!


Suitable for everyone.

- 60-minutes.

YOUTH BOXING FITNESS

A small group training session designed to teach kids the fundamentals of Boxing. Learn new skills, push your progression, and make new friends in the process!

Suitable for ages 8 - 16.

YOGA

A fluid, flowing style of yoga carefully sequenced to help you develop strength and improve your balance and flexibility. Sandra blends dynamic movements and mindfulness for a strong mind and a strong body. 


Suitable for everyone.

- 60-minutes.

REIKI MEDITATION

End the week with a meditation powered by Reiki energy. You will focus your mind, relax, connect to your body, and let go of the week just gone. We'll end the evening with hot tea and treats.

STRONG GIRLS CLUB

GIRLS WHO BOX

A shorter Boxing Fitness session packed with a punch! Bring your sister, your daughter, your BFF, and feel empowered together.

GIRLS WHO LIFT

Each week we'll focus on a different fundamental movement to support you develop strength whilst improving technique.


Suitable for everyone.

SUNDOWN MEDITATION

Focus your mind, relax, and connect to your body. During these meditations, we will practice self-gratitude and let go of anything weighing us down.

BOX LIFT MEDITATE

Join us for the night and take part in all three sessions.
