EASTER EVENT

We know how DAUNTING it can be to join an established exercise class.


Throughout the EASTER break we're running TASTER sessions, designed for BEGINNERS, to give you an insight into how we do things at THE YARD - alongside people who are NEW too!


There are sessions for both ADULTS & KIDS, and the entire FAMILY including:

Boxing, Yoga, Karate, & Camp STRONG...

KIDS BOXING FITNESS

A small group training session designed to teach kids the fundamentals of Boxing. Learn new skills, push your progression, and make new friends in the process!

Suitable for ages 8-16.

ADULTS BOXING FITNESS

A group training session led by Lee, designed to teach you the basics of Boxing. Feel empowered, improve your strength, and sweat, a lot!


Suitable for beginners.

FAMILY BOXING FITNESS

Bring the family together for this fitness session centred around boxing. 

You'll learn the basics of boxing whilst having a lot of fun - all together!


Suitable for everyone.

 

KIDS KARATE

We're welcoming Richard Scoot to The Yard this Easter, who will be leading our NEW Karate sessions.

You'll build confidence, physical fitness, and focus on developing your mind-body connection.

Suitable for ages 4-16.

ADULTS KARATE

FAMILY KARATE

Bring the family along for this mindful fitness session centred around Karate. 


You'll learn the basics, build confidence, and have a whole lot of fun - together!

YOGA

A fluid, flowing style of yoga carefully sequenced to help you develop strength whilst learning Yoga. Sandra blends dynamic movements and mindfulness for a strong mind and a strong body. 


Suitable for beginners.

CAMP STRONG

A dynamic bootcamp combining resistance training, agility, and cardio to help you develop strength and coordination. A full-body workout led by Jordan using strength equipment and bodyweight.
