Thursday nights at The Yard equals ONE thing...
Creating a safe, supportive space for everybody to train and feel strong has been my mission for The Yard from the get go. To reinforce that spirit, August see’s the launch of a STRONG GIRLS CLUB.
Every Thursday from 6:30pm The Yard hosts an evening exclusively for women of all ages*.
You’ll train and have the opportunity to chat openly about everything that matters to you; from your physical health to your mental health, home-life to work-life and more.
Thursday’s from 6:30pm at The Yard.

Make use of the open gym, join a class, take part in hosted group discussions with experts, and/or have a few moments of peace at the end of the session through guided meditation.

STRONG GIRLS CLUB Weekly Schedule:

From 6:30pm: Open Gym**
​
6:45pm: Girls Who Box - a shorter Boxing Fitness session packed with a punch, suitable for beginners
​
7:30pm: Girls Who Lift - a different fundamental movement each week to support you develop strength and improve technique, suitable for everyone
​
8:15pm: Meditation - Focus your mind, relax and connect to your body. We’ll practice self-gratitude and let go of anything weighing us down
​
