Service Description
A small group personal training session; focussing on the fundamentals of traditional strength training to help you build confidence, develop strength, and tone your body. Once you've learnt how to squat, deadlift, and benchpress, we'll then progress to how heavy! STRONG Training is suitable for beginners and intermediate levels of strength training experience.
